Terms of use

This service produces unfiltered output intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.

UNCENSORMYAI is an interface to third-party large language models. We do not train, own or control those models. Output is generated by a machine, is frequently wrong, and represents nobody’s opinion — not ours, and not the model provider’s.

Output is not advice. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety or professional advice of any kind, and must not be relied on as such. Verify anything that matters.

We do not police opinions, taste, or subject matter. We do enforce the law. You may not use UNCENSORMYAI to create, request, solicit or distribute:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor, in any form, real or fictional.
• Material whose creation or possession is itself a criminal offence in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Credible threats of violence against identifiable people, or content intended to incite imminent violence.
• Content designed to harass, stalk, dox or impersonate a specific real person.
• Instructions with no purpose but mass casualty — weapons capable of large-scale harm.
• Fraud, malware distribution, or unauthorised access to systems you do not own.

This list is short on purpose. It is not a values statement; it is the set of things that would end this service and expose its operator to prosecution. Everything outside it is yours to ask.

We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, where we believe these terms have been breached. Where we are legally obliged to report activity to authorities, we will. Because we do not retain conversations, our ability to investigate retrospectively is limited by design — that is a deliberate property of the service, not an oversight.

Access is a monthly subscription handled by Stripe. It renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time — the terms are on the pricing page before you pay. Each billing period grants the plan’s credits; unused credits do not carry over to the next period. Each answer costs the number of credits shown against the model that gives it, and a model that fails to answer is not charged for.

Paid access is delivered as a key rather than an account. Keeping that key safe is your responsibility. We can re-issue one against your Stripe subscription; we cannot recover the original, because we store only its hash.

The API is part of the service and these terms apply to it unchanged. It has no free tier: every call spends credits, the same way a question in the browser does.

Your key is the only credential. You are responsible for every call made with it, including automated ones and any made by software you gave the key to. If it leaks, anyone holding it can spend your balance.

Access to the API is for your own use and for building products on top of it. It is not for reselling access to the models as though it were your own service, and it is not for bulk traffic that degrades the service for everyone else. We may throttle or revoke automated access that does either, and revoking a key that breaches these terms is done without refund.

The service depends on third-party model providers and may be slow, degraded or unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, specific models, or that any particular model will answer any particular question. Models are added and removed as providers change their catalogues.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You are responsible for what you do with the output. You agree to indemnify [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
